The room was large, comfy, and absolutely charming. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Lots of personal touches and attention to detail. Great location with easy access to points of interest and good restaurants nearby. Beautiful view in the park just 200m away. Ms Lancini contacted me in the morning to confirm everything and greeted me with a warm smile upon arrival. This was the best place I stayed at in Italy for many reasons. The location is convenient and easily accessible by car. Cosy and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!
Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints at all.

The B&B is like a super cool museum, with all these old, renovated buildings. Arezzo itself is full of history, and we visited places like The History of Arezzo and San Luciano Winery. The owners, Barbara and Patrick, were so nice and made us feel like part of their fam. And the best part? We had the choice of different bars for breakfast, so we always got to try the coolest spots in town.
The only thing we wished for was more young and happening activities near the B&B. Don't get me wrong, Arezzo is amazing, but us party animals wanted some more nightlife options.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape! The room was beautifully designed and had a charming, cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We loved the fact that we had a choice of local bars to have breakfast at, adding a touch of variety to our mornings. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy all that the city had to offer.
That there was some background noise in the morning, which can be expected in a bustling city location. Although it didn't bother us much, it might be a little inconvenient for light sleepers.

Stayed at a lovely family-run guest house within the city walls. Easy access from free parking outside the walls via escalators. The check-in was welcoming, with a minor delay that was quickly resolved. The shower was great with toiletries provided, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of plug sockets available. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The tasteful decoration of the bed and breakfast enhanced the building's character and history. I would definitely recommend this delightful guest house.
Couldn't find fault with the property in any way. ✨
